This page explains how you can delete your Order Book account and what happens when you do so. Please read this information carefully before proceeding with account deletion.
To delete your Order Book account, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to your profile section within the app
Locate and tap the menu bar icon in the bottom left corner
Select the delete account option and click "Yes" to confirm
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please ensure you want to proceed before confirming.
For security and compliance purposes, we will retain certain profile information even after account deletion. This includes basic account identifiers and security-related data that help us prevent fraud and maintain the security of our platform.
Shop owners: If you delete your account during an active subscription period, your subscription will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
Once you delete your account, the email address associated with it will be permanently blocked from creating a new Order Book account of that User type. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized account recreation and maintain the integrity of our deletion process.
